Centered around accessibility and inclusivity, the campaign encourages participants to build sustainable wellness habits through daily activity, group events, & social accountability.

Daily Move Challenge

Commit to completing 100 bodyweight movements per day—whether that’s push-ups, air squats, sit-ups, sun salutations, mountain climbers, or whatever feels right for your body.

  • Go for 30, 60, or the full 100 days

  • Do it solo or join an accountability group

  • Share your progress using #Hardwicks100

Custom routines and rest days are welcome—movement should feel like care, not punishment.


Community Fitness Events

Hardwicks is partnering with a powerful lineup of queer and allied fitness leaders to offer free and low-cost wellness classes. Classes range from yoga and mobility to strength and bodyweight training.
Events are hosted at Hardwicks Lower Lounge, local gyms, and outdoor locations across Jacksonville.

Join us every Wednesday at 6:30 PM at Hardwicks for a 5K-ish loop through downtown Jacksonville.
All bodies and all paces welcome—get active.

Monthly meet-ups feature special routes like Art Walk Wednesdays.

Our weekly Bodyweight Series features guided classes led by local coaches to help you stay consistent, supported, and strong throughout your Hardwicks 100 journey.
Held in the Lower Lounge or at rotating community locations—check Instagram for class times, coach announcements, and location drops.
